Open a new tab in the browser you are using for Melody Scanner and open up YouTube. Search for your favorite song and play it to make sure it outputs audio. If you can hear the playback on YouTube, but Melody Scanner still remains muted, your browser is blocking Melody Scanner’s sound output. We recommend you to use Google Chrome to use Melody Scanner, since it doesn’t block the audio output.
