Your Right to Cancel #
If you are in the EU, you have the right to cancel your subscription without giving any reason for up to 14 days from the day after you entered into your subscription agreement with us. This is known as the “Cancellation Period”.
Refund of Your Subscription Fee #
If you cancel your subscription during the Cancellation Period, you are entitled to request a refund of your subscription fee.
Important: The refund is not issued automatically. You must actively request it via our support team (see next section).
We will process the refund no later than 14 days after the day on which you informed us of your decision and requested a refund.
We will issue the refund using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless we have explicitly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund, except for any portion of the service you already used before cancellation.
How to Exercise Your Right to Cancel #

Please clearly state your wish to cancel and request a refund. Using the subject line “Klangio Refund” will help us process your request more quickly.
Cancelling Your Subscription Outside of the Cancellation Period #
If you want to cancel your Klangio Premium subscription but continue using the service until the end of your current subscription term (i.e., without requesting a refund), please follow the instructions here: https://klang.io/help/d2n/cancel-subscription/
Cancelling Your Auto-Renewal Subscription #
If your Premium subscription renews automatically and you wish to stop future renewals, you can do so by cancelling your subscription via this link: https://klang.io/help/d2n/cancel-subscription/
Please make sure to do this at least 24 hours before your current subscription period ends.
