Tickets are used to upgrade a demo transcription to a full transcription, so you can unlock all of the features of the Klangio apps.
How Do I get Klangio Tickets? #
There are multiple ways to acquire tickets:
- Klangio Subscriptions – Get a set of tickets every month.
- Klangio Gift Cards – Gift your friends or yourself a bundle of tickets.
- Single Transcriptions – Upgrade a single transcription without a subscription.
When Will my Tickets expire? #
Once you’ve purchased tickets, they are here to stay. You can use them anytime you like and don’t need to worry about them expiring! Even if you decide to cancel your subscription, your tickets will remain on your account and won’t expire.
How Can I Refund a Ticket? #
If you’re not pleased with the quality of a transcription or simply started a full transcription by accident, you can use the retranscribe or the refund feature to fix that.
