Transcribing Takes Unusually Long

If you’ve noticed that the transcription process with one of the Klangio Apps takes an unusual long amount of time, then this article can help you out.

Refresh the Website / Restart the App

One of the easiest solutions to try out, is to refresh the website or restart the App, then try again.

Network or Connectivity Issues

A bad connection to our servers can be one of the causes for a long waiting time. Especially, uploading files can take a long amount of time in this case. Feel free to try pasting in a YouTube Link instead of uploading a file or vice versa, to check if one of these options work better. If nothing helps, you need to access a network with a better connection to the Internet.

High Demand or Server Maintenance

Occasionally, a lot of people want to transcribe at the same time. Even though we’re constantly checking the servers capacities, unexpected rushes happen that need to be processed slow and steadily. Our servers also need to maintained now and then, which can reduce the transcription speed as well. In these cases, please be patient and try again in a couple of hours or the next day.
