Tickets are used to upgrade a demo transcription to a full transcription, so you can unlock all of the features of the Klangio apps. Melody Scanner is using a different system. Check out this article to find out more.
How Do I get Klangio Tickets? #
There are multiple ways to acquire tickets:
- Klangio Subscriptions – Get a set of tickets every month.
- Klangio Gift Cards – Gift your friends or yourself a bundle of tickets.
- Single Transcriptions – Upgrade a single transcription without a subscription.
Where can I see my tickets? #
Klangio on your browser: Click on the menu at the top right corner of your screen and select “Account info”. Here you can see the amount of tickets available on your Account / App.
Klangio mobile apps: You can see the amount of tickets at the top right corner of your screen.
When Will my Tickets expire? #
Once you’ve purchased tickets, they are here to stay. You can use them anytime you like and don’t need to worry about them expiring! If you decide to cancel your subscription, the tickets you’ve gained from the subscription will remain on your account until the date that your subscription expires.
Will Tickets be used on failed Transcriptions? #
No, if your transcription fails (for whatever reason) the ticket is automatically refunded to your account.
Can my tickets be used for any Klangio App? #
This depends on your subscription. The Universe subscription’s tickets are usable for multiple Klangio apps, while a subscription for a single app (like Piano2Notes Pro) is only usable for the app that you have acquired the subscription for.
How Can I Refund a Ticket? #
If you’re not pleased with the quality of a transcription or simply started a full transcription by accident, you can use the retranscribe or the refund feature to fix the errors or get back your ticket to use it on a different transcription.
