If you’re looking for a way to organize your music transcriptions of your Klangio apps, then the songbook is exactly what you’re looking for. In this guide, I will show you how to use the Klangio Songbook and explain all the features that come with it.

Opening the Songbook #

To access the Songbook, you’ll first need to log into your Account and open the Klangio App you want to see the songbook for.

Then, in the top right corner, you’ll find a button labeled with “MY SONGBOOK” which opens up the songbook.
Now let’s take a look at all the features of the Songbook:
Starting a Transcription in the Songbook #

In the very top, you have the option to start a new transcription, by dragging and dropping an audio file or pasting in a YouTube Link.
Find and Open your previous Transcriptions #

The main section of the Songbook allows you to access your previous transcriptions. Simply scroll through your songs or use the search bar above to find a certain transcription. Click on the title to open the piece in the transcription viewer.
The Actions Menu #

You might have noticed that there is a column called “Actions” in your transcription history. When hovering over this section, different actions will pop up:
- Refund: Click here to get back your transcription ticket if you did a full transcription.
- Download: Click here to download different transcription formats
- Edit Title: Change the Title and Composer of the transcription
- Delete: Permanently delete a transcription
- Re-Transcribe: Change the Additional Settings of a Transcription by redoing the transcription (for free)
The Songbook of the Klangio Mobile Apps #

Of course, the Songbook is also available at the Klangio Mobile apps, allowing you to access your transcribed songs on any of your devices. Make sure to use the same Klangio Account when doing so.
You will be presented with the Songbook directly when opening up the app.
